ship: bruce banner ( this is special bc i love him )

how u met: you started out on a buzzfeed article about new high definition pictures of jupiter’s surface, and from there began digging yourself deeper and deeper into science through various internet links, as any typical web user occasionally finds themselves doing. when you came across an advertisement that offered a free workshop with some of the most widely recognized scientists of our day, you figured it couldn’t hurt to apply. when you were one of the lucky winners, you thought that this opportunity could not get any better. then you came to the workshop, and dr. banner was there. you found yourself conversing with him often, as you had the same interests and perspectives. sure, jane goodall was nice, but bruce banner was a catch.

why u love each other: you can totally dork out on each other. it’s in the moments where you start to talk about some dorky passion that he looks at you with real love in his eyes (u kno the look). he had tony stark commission the creation of a high-tech telescope just for you to take out onto your roof, to see all the stars as best as you can. you get along with all of his friends - steve rogers is really good at tennis, oddly - and you promised never to bring up that time he had a thing with black widow. you’re pretty much best friends.
